\\ADMISSION

All patrons are reuired to have their ticket with them at the entry gate. It can be a printed version or on their phones. A wrist band will be issued at the entry which needs to be worn at all times. 

 

 

\\SET TIMES

Please check timetable at the festival information sheet. General set time for each artist is 1.5 hours 

 

\\TRAVEL OPTIONS

Please try to share car to the festival or use public transport. There are very limited car spaces in the festival area.

\\TICKETING

All of the tickets are non - refundable and/or transferrable. Torn or tampered ticked will not be accepted at the entry. You will also be asked to show your ID at the gate. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, 50%of the ticket amount will be refunded. 

 

 

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

If the event is not sold out prior to the date limited tickets will be available onsite on the door. Please keep an eye out for more info. 

 

 

\\WRISTBANDS

Only genuine wrist bands will be allowed onsite. Please dont remove or loosen the wrist band while you are the festival. 

 

 

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

All cars and patrons will be required to undergo security check at the entry point. No pets allowed at the site. Management reserves all rights to entry. 

 

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Patrons are not allowed to bring any alcoholic beverages on site. Security will be checking bags and cars for alcohol or drugs. You will be asked to dispose unauthorised items at check point. 

 

 

\\WEATHER

There are enough areas with shelter and protection from severe weather conditons. However the emergency management plan will show you further instructions about precaution methods. 

 

 

\\THE Holi colour 

Holi colour will be available on sale at the site entry and throughout the festival to play. This colour is pure organic food starch based and coloured with fruit dye. So buy as many !  

 

\\THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED

Weapons, pets, alcohol, unacceptable behaviour, naked flames.
